*TB Test Information and Testing Locations

All Level 1 Volunteers (classroom volunteers with prolonged contact with students) will need to submit proof of a negative TB skin test prior to volunteering, and then again every 4 years. The initial TB skin test must be taken within 60 days of the first day of volunteering. If there is a documented history of a positive TB test or TB disease, then a symptom review and chest x-ray (if none done in the previous 6 months) should be performed by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. If a volunteer has no TB risk factors, then the volunteer can complete and submit a TB risk assessment signed by a health care provider. The TB risk assessment form is available at EUSD school sites.

Please check with your healthcare provider for availability of TB testing.
