For Those Receiving Paper Checks: Checks can be picked up at the Payroll Dept until 3:00pm on Payday. Any remaining checks will be mailed out to current address on file.

Changes to your withholding status or allowances can be done via the ESS portal, unless your status includes mandated Federal or State directions. Or submit the following forms to Payroll Dept. via interoffice mail, US Postal mail, or drop off at the Payroll Dept. (do not email).
To protect against phishing emails and other cyber security threats a new security procedure, MFA, will be required to make changes to your ESS Direct Deposit information.
The new security procedure requires a 30-day advanced set up of an MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Phone Number.
You will also need to validate or add a Primary Email Account to edit bank information and receive notifications of any changes to that information.
You can still make changes regarding your direct deposit in-person at the Payroll counter Monday - Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm by submitting the direct deposit form. (do not email)
