The EUSD Design Team is an internal strategic planning group whose members represent various internal district stakeholders – administrators, managers, certificated employees, classified employees, board members, and EUSD parents.

The Design Team is a collaborative body to discuss and evaluate ideas, needs, and goals. It is not a formal decision-making panel.

The EUSD Design Team held its inaugural meeting in October 2019, with a focus on working together toward district goals with design thinking. It evolved out of the district’s Relationships by Objectives planning team.

• To provide a space for all voices to be heard.

• To refine and revise our systems and programs.

• To utilize data as the catalyst for creative thinking and problem solving.

• To move us closer to achieving our vision.
