Application Process

  • All certificated vacancies, including substitute teaching, are posted on EdJoin.

  • No paper applications will be accepted.

  • You may access EdJoin to view vacancies and to register and submit an application. 

  • When openings occur, applications of qualified applicants will be considered for the selection process, which may include: 

    • Application Review

    • Panel Interview

    • Reference Checks

  • Following the application review process, applicants will be invited to an interview.

  • The site administrator conducts the interview for teaching positions at his/her site.

  • Administrative assignments are mainly conducted at our district office in a panel format. 

  • Substitute teachers are hired on an as-needed basis and will be contacted by Human Resources if selected after the application review. 

  • Successful applicants may be recommended to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for a final interview.

  • One or more administrators will conduct a telephone reference check on finalists.
