Congratulation's to Miss Juana, our EPIC attendance clerk. She works tirelessly in her role and never hesitates to do the work of two clerks. We all saw this firsthand the week of SLCs when it was just her. She does everything possible to do her job accurately and as quickly as possible. She always goes above and beyond her duties to best support our school staff, families and students. She is the face of Conway and welcomes all our families with a smile even when it’s not reciprocated.
She is very attentive to detail. It is impressive how she knows most of our students and families stories or specific situations. In fact, she prioritizes safety. No one can get past Juana as she makes sure to verify all visitors and guests. But what makes her even more special is how she drops everything she is currently working on to listen to others needs and support in whichever way possible. Miss Juana truly embodies Crew in everything she does and deserves to be our Classified staff member of the year!

ELAC is a space that empowers parents and families to advocate for students who English is not their native language but all families are welcome to participate and access the valuable information and conversations.

Family Day at Lunch is a day where families are invited to bring a store bought meal, homemade meal or purchase a school lunch here to enjoy.
TK Family Day at Lunch will take place in our MPR on

11:35 am - 12:15 pm.
*Food purchased outside or made at home will be for your student only and must not be shared with other students.
*We ask that younger sibling guests be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
*Play equipment is for Conway students only.
*If rain is forecast this event will be rescheduled for a future date.
*Maximum 4 guests including children.
*Families of TK students are highly encouraged to pre-register no later than 12 pm on Thursday, February 20.

Dear 6th grade families. Don't miss an opportunity to sign up your student for 6th grade Camp Cuyamaca. This will be a 5 day, 4 night all expenses paid experience. Students will have a full camp experience which will include the following activities
Daytime:
- Nature studies
- One all-day adventure
- Rock climbing or archery
- geocaching
Nighttime:
- Campfire with singing
- Night hike with astronomy
- Talent show

Her positive demeanor and outlook on life transcends into her work, her students and colleagues. She is a dedicated teacher who truly cares about how she empowers her students to meet their goals and will do what it takes to make it happen. The Spring session of the after school enrichment programs are scheduled to begin on February 10th. If you would like your student to attend an after school enrichment program, please start by filling out the interest form here: https://tinyurl.com/fmmyxa9z . The deadline to fill out the interest form is January 27th. Please remember, filling out the interest form DOES NOT confirm enrollment. Your student will be provided with a permission slip after we receive an interest form submission.
Conway's Got Talent Show. Unleash your incredible talent! Auditions take place on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm in room 4.
