EUSD’s Expanded Learning Program is available to students in TK through 8th grade who attend in-person schools, and enrollment is subject to capacity. Priority enrollment will go to foster/homeless youth, students eligible for free or reduced price meals, and English learners. Interested families must complete the EUSD Expanded Learning Program Interest Form. If demand exceeds capacity, students will be added to the waitlist until space is available. This form is open throughout the 2025-26 school year, or until the next school year's enrollment window opens. The deadline to submit an interest form for the FIRST ROUND of potential placement is Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6:00 pm. Families will be notified by email regarding their status (enrolled or waitlist) after the lottery, if needed, and form processing. In order for a student to participate in EUSD's Expanded Learning Programs, the student must be currently registered/enrolled in and attending a EUSD in-person school in the 2025-26 school year. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScj0jhDMu6JgtKQUmgktwiIMoUKk4hpR1rvNakmfTTPzteT5w/viewform

This year’s Better World Week theme at Conway Academy of Expeditionary Learning is "Hands in Action, Hearts in Service." Students are leading projects that celebrate the spirit of service, teamwork, and environmental stewardship, taking action to care for their community and the planet. From creating a sensory garden and planting native bushes to cleaning up litter and designing awareness campaigns, students in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade lead projects that reflect their responsibility, kindness, and commitment to making a difference. Through these meaningful acts of service, Conway students are growing together and showing what it means to build a better world, one action at a time.

UPDATE! Due to our rainy weather last week, we had to reschedule our 3rd Grade Family Day at Lunch to Friday, March 21 from 12:30 pm - 1:10 pm in the MPR. Families are invited to bring a store bought, homemade meal or purchase a school lunch here to enjoy with their student. We understand how important it is for parents to be involved in their children's school experience, and we truly value the opportunity for families to join us for lunch. However, in line with the district's wellness policy, we kindly ask that you provide food only for your student(s) and refrain from bringing food to share with other students. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, as not all families are aware of other students' food allergies and the seriousness of these conditions. We encourage families to RVSP before Thursday March 19. Click on the link provided below to RSVP. https://forms.gle/Ut5NVM7aMwyQNSQn6 *Maximum of 4 guests can attend *Food that you bring is for your student only *Play equipment is for students only *Sibling guest must be supervised at all times
