Talent show performances during the school day were a success! Congratulations to our very talented Rock Springs Road Runners! And a huge thank you to Mrs. Riley and Mr. White for organizing this fantastic event! Parent and family audiences are invited to attend the evening performance tomorrow, March 8, at 5:30pm.

From February 27th-March 10th Rock Springs Roadrunners are raising funds for Teacher Grants, Materials, and Programs for our Students, Teachers, and Families. Last year we raised over $5,700. Let's beat last year's efforts and reach our goal of $6000 in order to provide more for our School. We appreciate your support.

Join Rock Springs School as we celebrate Read Across America Week: Feb 27- Mar 3. Monday: Read a silly story and wear a silly outfit! Tuesday: Read a book about sports or your favorite athlete! Wear something to represent your favorite sport or sports team. Wednesday: Get cozy with a good book. Wear your pajamas today! Thursday: Dress like a superhero because reading is our superpower. Friday: Wear your Rock Springs shirt, bring a towel, and a book to read. We will all read outside for the last 30 minutes of the day.

We are pleased to announce that the Rock Springs Roadrunners will be participating in a Character Counts Community Service Project, Hearts for Huntington. Hearts were sent home with students on February 13th. The fundraiser will run from Feb 13 to Feb 21st. Here are the details: They are to be sold for $1.00 each, with the buyer or student signing the Heart. All Hearts and proceeds are to be returned to the school by Feb. 21st Each student has a goal to sell 5 hearts. More hearts can be picked up in the office. Proceeds will go towards a great cause. Hearts will be used to decorate the school.

Join Rock Springs RoadRunners as we celebrate the completion of Fall After School Enrichment Clubs! On January 18, from 4:30-6:30, there will be exhibitions from each club, winter crafts, and family games and photos. PTA will be selling food and drinks.
