Greetings Rincon Community,
I hope this message finds you well and are ready to spring forward.
I wanted to take a moment to celebrate our amazing AVID students and their recent achievements. They have been working incredibly hard to prepare for the future, and it's inspiring to see their dedication.
This past week, our 7th and 8th grade AVID students hosted college-driven events, providing their peers with invaluable opportunities to explore educational and career pathways. They culminated these efforts with a spectacular college fair in our MPR during the day and at night hosted it for our families, showcasing the breadth of their aspirations and preparation. Congratulations to our AVID students for their leadership and hard work! And a very special shout-out to Mr. Yates for leading our learners.
As we approach the end of the second trimester, I'd like to remind you that the trimester two Award breakfasts are scheduled this week. See the schedule below! This is a great opportunity for students to connect and enjoy a a special time with their families and feel celebrated. Families that received the invitation, please make sure to RSVP to the link received.
With the third trimester now underway, we encourage you to maintain the momentum. Monitoring progress is vital to ensuring all students stay on track for academic success. We urge you to actively check your child's progress, communicate with their teachers, and utilize available resources to support their learning at home.
Our goal is to foster a strong partnership between home and school. We believe that when we work together, we can achieve even greater outcomes for our students. Your active involvement in your learner's education makes a significant difference.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Let’s finish this trimester strong
Together, we can make this a fantastic year for our students! Together we are better in setting up our Bulldogs up to B.A.R.K (Believe, Achieve, Respect, and Kindness) for success!
With gratitude,
Principal Meglich
