Earthquake Drill
Juniper will be conducting an earthquake drill on September 28. These drills help students and staff practice important safety procedures and know what to do in the event of an earthquake. We encourage families to talk with their students about the importance of staying calm, listening to directions, and following safety procedures during an emergency.
Jaguar Assembly
Join us for our Jaguar Assembly on October 1! We’ll celebrate the class with the best attendance and recognize their great effort in showing up and being ready to learn. Students will also get to have some fun together with the Hokey Pokey! It will be a fun way to celebrate our Jaguars and their commitment to being at school each day.
Custodian Day
On October 2, we celebrate Custodian Day and take a moment to appreciate our amazing custodian, Mr. Dino! He works hard every day to help keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for our students and staff. We are so grateful for everything he does to help make Juniper a wonderful place to learn and grow. Be sure to give Mr. Dino an extra thank you for all his hard work!
Parking Lot Reminder
If you need to pick up your student close to dismissal time, please be aware that both lanes in the parking lot are used for student pickup. During this time, vehicles may be unable to exit the parking lot until students have been dismissed and the pickup process is complete. To avoid delays, we recommend finding street parking if you will be arriving before dismissal time. We also kindly ask that all families be respectful, patient, and kind toward one another while waiting for dismissal. Everyone is working together to ensure students are picked up safely and efficiently. Please remember to treat fellow families and staff with courtesy and understanding, even when the parking lot is busy or there are delays. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to keep dismissal safe and efficient for everyone.
Book Fair
The Fall Scholastic Book Fair is on its way to Juniper! On Wednesday, October 7th all classes will visit the Book Fair with their class. This will be an opportunity for students to see what is available. There won't be any purchases made on the 7th, just a sneak peak! The Book Fair will be open for business during Parent Conferences. Please come visit the Book Fair on Thursday, October 8th between 7:30am-6:00pm and Friday, October 9th between 7:30am-12:00pm. This is a great opportunity to purchase some wonderful books for your child.
