BVMS DANCE TEAM AUDITIONS *MUST ATTEND AUDITIONS TO MAKE THE DANCE TEAM*
DATE: TUESDAY MARCH 24TH TIME: 3:15 - 6:15 PM WHERE: BVMS FIT LAB / MPR
3:15 - 5:00 pm = Learning the Routine 5 - 6:15pm = Auditions
TEAM INFO
Dance team members must be availale for after school rehearsal on Tuesdays & Fridays from 3-5pm *Friday practices are only during competition season time November - March * If you can not be there for the whole practice you will not be able to stay on the team as it is important to have full team practices consistently. Please fill out the google form below before auditions.
Dancers will be evaluated on technique, performance, and adaptability to choreography. Come prepared with jazz shoes or turners to give it your all! If your dancer does not make the team, but still wants to take dance as their elective this will help place them in the correct level class. Dance experience is highly recommended for our competiton dance team. For more details, contact Ms. Snew rsnew@eusd.org
BVMS OFFERS YEARLONG DANCE CLASSES AS AN ELECTIVE OPTION FOR ALL GRADE LEVELS. WE OFFER: BEGINNING, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED / TEAM
If your dancer does not attend auditions, they will automatically be placed in Beginning Dance if they choose dance as their elective. If you believe they should be considered for a higher level, please email me a video of them performing choreography so I may place them in the proper class only if they do not attend auditions.
