Vista Hill Parent Group
The second session of the Vista Hill Parent Group began last week. Parent classes are in Room 52 at 8:30 AM and will run for 10 consecutive weeks. Parents will learn valuable strategies to better understand their children and strengthen family unity. Please note that these sessions will be conducted in Spanish. If you are interested in English Parent Group classes, please contact Vanessa Hernandez at 760-566-5036.
New Student Enrollment
New Student Enrollment opens on January 13, 2026, for Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Special Education Preschool. Families enrolling a new student can complete registration using the link provided. Please note that this process is only for students who have never been enrolled at an EUSD school. If you currently have a student attending Juniper, you do not need to complete this registration.
PTA Panda Express
Join us for PTA Panda Express Night on January 15! Enjoy a delicious meal while supporting Juniper. A portion of the proceeds will go directly back to our school. We hope to see our families there for a fun evening and great food.
5th Grade Panoramic Picture
Our 5th graders will be taking their panoramic picture on January 16. Please make sure your student arrives on time and is dressed appropriately for this special photo.
EXPLORE Enrichment Classes
EXPLORE after school classes are starting the week of January 26th! On Monday, January 12th all students that turned in an interest form will receive either a Confirmation Letter with information on what class or classes they will be in or a Waitlist Letter because the class or classes were full. We received almost 300 interest forms and did our best to make sure that every student got enrolled into a class. We can't wait to see what fun and new learning will be going on after school at Juniper!
Family Day at Lunch
We’re excited to welcome families to join our 2nd grade students for Family Day at Lunch on January 16 from 11:45 to 12:05. Students in Mr. Green’s class will also be included in this event. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to find parking and check in. As a reminder, we ask that you avoid bringing soda, red or blue chips, or energy drinks to help maintain a healthy environment for all students. A flyer with details was sent home last week.
Crazy Hat Day
Get ready to show your wildest, wackiest, and most creative hats! ASB Crazy Hat Day will be on January 16. Students are encouraged to wear a fun hat to school and join in the excitement.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, there will be no school on Monday, January 19. Classes will resume as usual the following day. We encourage families to use this day for reflection, learning, and spending time together.
