Mrs. Reyes-Rizo's 5th grade DLP class presented their environmental projects in front of a panel of distinguished guests from our school district and from the Nature Collective. Various topics discussed were taking care of soil, the importance of cleaning up after our pets and ourselves, and protecting natural habitats. Each student not only presented in English and Spanish, but they also were asked questions in both languages by our panel and students responded in both languages. Very impressive! Glen View is very proud of each student and the effort they put into these presentations.
