Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP)

2024-2025 before and after school program interest form

The Escondido Union School District is committed to actualizing the unlimited potential of every learner. In support of this vision, EUSD is excited to offer a robust, student-centered Expanded Learning Program at all 23 in-person schools. This program includes:

Our Expanded Learning Program utilizes After School Education and Safety (ASES) and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) funds to create a single comprehensive program, serving Transitional Kindergarten through 8th-grade EUSD students.

EUSD is proud to offer no-cost before and after school programs for the 2024-25 school year. Our programs are funded through After School Education and Safety (ASES) grants and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) funds. These state-funded programs have eligibility criteria, but are accessible to all, subject to capacity. Before and after school programs are offered at all in-person EUSD schools. If interested, here is the Before and After School Program Interest Form for 2024-25 (Google Form).
