I am Mrs. Elizabeth Ramirez, the Principal for Rock Springs Elementary School. Previously, I served as an educator and administrator in the Coachella Valley for over 25 years. During this time, I was an Elementary and Middle School teacher, Elementary School Principal, Middle School Principal, and High School Assistant Principal.

I am a proponent of building Positive Behavior Interventions and supports, and believe in instilling the ideals of Character Counts Values in our students. My focus has always been on supporting our students and staff, and through this, we will reap the benefits of the social/emotional and academic growth of our children. I believe that all children can learn with the correct supports, and that through the partnership of parents and school we can help our children reach their full potential.

In 2018 I relocated to the Escondido area with my husband and our youngest son. Together we have five beautiful children and many grandchildren. We are thrilled to be living in North San Diego, and living closer to my older children.

I look forward to getting to know each of your children and their families and will work hard to create a school that is safe, academically driven, and caring for all children.
