Apple Classroom Problems?

1. Check to make sure you are connected to wifi. Open a new window in Safari and type in a new web address to make sure you really are connected to the internet

2. Make sure bluetooth is on. Settings > Bluetooth

3. Make sure the student is signed in to iCloud (under Settings at the top left) with their 6 digit lunch number, not with a gmail address. Example: 888888@eusd.org

4. Check to see your iPad has been updated to the latest iOS (operating system). Settings > General > About > Software Version. Note: it can take up to an hour to do a big software update.
